Western companies recognize that the Chinese population is one of the fastest growing customer segments in the world, and traditionally one of the hardest to reach. Ellen Xu began her career and her business to connect the East and the West.

She established Quality Chinese Translations (“Q-Trans”) after 10+ years of experience in the industry, with the aim of providing the highest quality English-Chinese translation services at competitive prices. What distinguishes Q-Trans from other language providers is a small, efficient, known team operation that allows for the highest level of quality assurance possible. Ellen has personally worked with the team members for years and has carefully selected the best team accordingly. All the team members are native Chinese speakers with the following qualifications:

Have at least 4 years' experience in translation. Several of them even have more than 10 years’ experience and have worked for industry-leading translation companies as quality managers.

Have Master’s degree in translation or related area or two bachelor’s degrees with one in English Language and the other in law, business, software, etc.

Have industry working experience in their specialized areas.

Have high sense of responsibility and work ethic.
